After picking up tourists at a bus station or center of Can Tho (If you are in Sài Gòn, we will help you to book bus tickets OR we manage a private car to Can Tho city) we will take a taxi to our homestay ( Experience Homestay or Authentic Homestay) check in. Then our tour guide and driver will take you to Spring forest, a very nice forest 1 hour away from Can Tho. on the way we can have light lunch or take a way to the forest. You will enjoy the very nice nature and watch lots of birds while the boat taking you into very nice small canal. 

Back to homestay and learn how to cook local foods with the guide.

At 6:00 am, we will take a small boat to the Cai Rang Floating Market – the biggest wholesale floating market in the Mekong Delta. The Cai Rang Floating Market is well known for its variety of fresh fruits and other local products. Hundreds of boats still gather there to buy and sell every morning. We will have breakfast and coffee at the market, enjoy fresh pineapple on the local’s boat. This is a unique opportunity to experience daily life of the Mekong locals, we have time to chat with the locals.

Afterwards, we visit a local house to see how the locals make rice noodle “hu tieu”. Then we will walk throught a very nice nursery vegatable village, get to know how the locals grow it. Following this, we will get back onborard the boat and journey into a very beautiful canal with lots of water coconut on both sides of river. If you are intersted in rowing the boat, there will be an opportunity here to learn (depends on the tide, we can go through the canal or just a short distance) to get back to Ecolodge and check out before 12 pm.
